Taryn Campbell (TC): Describe yourself in 5 words that start with the 1st letter of your name. TC: What motivates you to get up in the morning? TC: What is your favourite Cape Town activity? TC: What do you love about South Africa? |
TC: What makes you excited about Fairtrade?
NA: The social responsibility aspect definitely! Fairtrade looks at the
bigger picture and is contributing to the redistribution of profits to
the underprivileged and to more equitable balance of income in South
Africa.
TC: How did you find your 2010 volunteering experience?
NA: It was such an eye-opener and gave me a new perspective on business. It is refreshing to work with a non-profit business that has such a beautiful, lovely spirit and that think about the big picture.
TC: Any message for other Fairtrade volunteers?
NA: Get involved as much as you can! Be dynamic in your thinking and include Fairtrade in wherever you are, school, campus, church, and in what you do.
