Beneficiary Sponsorship
Every year, Fair Trade Network makes provision for fair trade beneficiaries to attend our Annual General Meeting providing the opportunity to voice their concerns and network with other beneficiaries and like-minded individuals in South Africa. This year Fair Trade Network has been able to allocate funding to cover the costs of the following for up to 40 beneficiaries (maximum 2 per organisation). This sponsorship includes:
- Accommodation on 9 and 10 November
- Dinner in the evenings of 9 and 10 November
- Breakfast in the mornings of 10 and 11 November
- Lunch on 10 November
- Transport from Cape Town airport to Fountains Hotel on arrival and to Cape Town airport on departure
This sponsorship is not for management. Sponsorship is open to all fair trade beneficiaries including:
- FLO certified producers
- WFTO-SA members
- Fair Trade Tourism South Africa members
- Applicant businesses and farms
